Visitors to the Slavic Festival visitors can feast on traditional ethnic meals or grab an American favorite. Here is a list of some of the food items you’ll find:

Slavic meals are served with one of the following:

Sarma – Beef, rice and seasonings rolled in cabbage and baked with sauerkraut. Served with Polish Sausage, Croatian potato salad, bread and Povitica – a rich, rolled bread filled with walnuts, honey and spices.

Janjetina – Lamb - seasoned, grilled and sliced. Served with Croatian potato salad and slaw, with bread.

Roznjici – Pork kabob – seasoned and grilled. Served with Croatian potato salad and slaw, with bread.

Polish Sausage sandwiches and hamburger meals are also available.

A variety of Slavic baked goods are available. Including:
- Povitica (walnut, cheese and other varieties.)
- Apple Streudel
- Nut Horns, Kolache and other varieties of traditional cookies.
- Lithuanian Torts.
